Upcoming Events-
Fall Affiliate Leader and Teacher Semi-Annual Meeting-
Saturday September 29th 9-1:30 Lunch provided
New Hampshire Hospital, 36 Clinton St., Concord, Conference Room C, Lunch is provided. The meeting promises to be a great one!.
- We will review our new membership project which focuses on educating providers to refer families to NAMI NH affiliates
- Learn about the statewide outreach and education of legislators
- We will roll out our the new Family Speakers program “Life Interrupted”
- Hear from affiliate members on some special activities such as attending the National convention and authoring a book about Schizophrenia
- Present to you the exciting progress we have made bringing key criminal justice system players together to talk about mental illness and the justice system
- Share the inside info on the new state funding and transition grant!!
Invite members of your group to attend. Please rsvp to Annette by September 25th.

Met any good teachers lately????November 2-4th at the Holiday Inn in Concord.
NAMI Walk for Recovery from Mental Illness and Mental Illness Awareness week October 7-14th 2007
Walk- Sunday October 7th 2:00 pm – New Hampshire Hospital Soccer field. To register your team go to www.naminh.org, click on the link below the walk picture, then click on the yellow register or donate button. This takes you directly to the NH page on the NAMI National website where you can sign in and register your team. If you need walk flyers, posters and team captain information please let me know and we will get them right to you.
Also if your group would like a presentation on participating in the walk, just call or email me to set that up.
NEW- Affiliate Tables at the Walk! If your group or class would like to display materials at the walk, there is a table reserved for you! Bring info on your class or support group to display.

Pete Earley Presentation- The author of “Crazy, a father’s journey through America’s mental health Madness”.
Pete Earley will be speaking on Thursday October 11 from 7-9pm at the Concord Auditorium. Pete is presenting to NAMI’s across the country and is becoming a catalyst for change in our criminal justice system.
This presentation is free and open to the public, spread the word, details on the website at naminh.org.
