Nashua NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Welcomes You |

Who We Are: We are an organization of ordinary people who all have a loved one with mental illness. We provide a safe and confidential place for families and friends to share their common concerns and learn from common experiences. A facilitator, who is also a family member of a loved one with mental illness, leads the support group. The facilitator understands the challenges facing these families. Within the group, you will find that you are not alone and will gain insight and understanding. |
Mission: Nashua NAMI is dedicated to improving the quality of life of persons with mental illness, and their family and friends - so they have the opportunity to achieve their aspirations and function in a supportive community without discrimination or stigma. We offer:
We work to make our voices heard locally and in the state and federal legislatures; to advocate for the best possible services for our mentally ill loved ones |
