National Strategy For Suicide Prevention: Groundbreaking 2001 report which outlined a blueprint for preventing suicide in the United States including twelve specific steps for policy makers and organizations.
Surgeon General's Call To Action To Prevent Suicide: In 1999, the US Surgeon General issued a call to action to prevent suicide. This landmark report identified suicide as a major US public health problem and resulted in the National Strategy for Suicide Prevention.
