NAMIWalks NH 2012 Information Sheet
1. What do I do when I get to the Walk?
Do I need to go to registration?
Please review the following information – as it applies to you:
A. Team Captains – Go to registration to hand in money, get t-shirt tickets for their team members that have raised $100 or more, and get a free raffle ticket for each walker (1 per walker please).
Team Captains will collect all money from each of their Walkers, make sure that each walker has registered (on-line or via paper form mailed in), and place any/all donations in the Team Captain Large Envelope to hand in at Registration. Please complete the information on the TC Envelope to ensure that donations are credited to the proper team and walker.
B. Walkers on a Team - If you are on a Team and need to give money to your Team Captain on Walk Day you can do so at the “Team Meeting Area.” There will be a listing of all registered Teams and meeting areas which are designated by different colored balloons. There will be 10 or more teams meeting in the same general area.
C. Individual Walkers that need to hand in money. Should go to the Registration are marked “Individual Walkers.”

Please note: There will be people greeting you as you arrive at the tables to help direct you to which table you need to go to hand in money, to register, etc. If you have registered online or have mailed in your registration form you are all set – you do not need to do anything else on Walk Day as far as registration is concerned.
