NAMI Upper Valley

Who we are:
We are a grassroots coalition of NH and VT residents in the Upper Valley area who have family members and friends coping with mental illness. Dedicated to improving their quality of life through support, advocacy, and education, we also know the importance of taking care of ourselves on this journey. Through the support group, we learn we are not alone and can share our individual experiences without being judged.

Where we meet:
West Central Behavioral Health offers its conference room space to us at 85 Mechanic St. in Lebanon’s Rivermill Commercial Center.

When we meet:
The second Monday of each month from 6-7:30 PM

What we offer in addition to caring and sharing with each other:
NAMI NH programs:
Family-to-Family Educational Series;
“In Our Own Voice” and “Life Interrupted” personal story presentations;
speakers on various topics such as, medications, dual diagnosis, crisis management, suicide prevention, and community resources.
