NAMI Connection is a recovery support group exclusively for those who experience mental illness conditions. It is led by trained facilitators who are consumers in recovery. The purpose of the group is to bring consumers together to learn from and support one another in their recovery journey.
NAMI Connection offers a casual and relaxed approach to sharing the challenges and successes of coping with mental illness. There is no charge to attend and all information is confidential. The group will:
- Meet for 90 minutes;
- Follow a flexible structure;
- Not recommend or endorse any medications or medical treatments
