Family Support Groups

Looking for support? Come and make important connections to others who:

• understand the challenges you face and the opportunities ahead
• feel the same way you do
• have had the same experiences
• will help you learn new coping skills
• will share their successes and strategies with you

Groups are led by a trained volunteer facilitator who is a family member. If you interested in becoming a volunteer support group facilitator, please visit Leader Trainings in the education section.

Through affiliates around the state, NAMI NH offers supports groups to family members and parents who have a loved one with mental illness. If you have a child/adolescent with a serious emotional disorder, attend a Parent Support Group. Find a support group near you using the links below. In addition to the Family Support Groups listed here, NAMI NH also offers an on-line support group.
