SUMMARY:NAMI Family-to-Family Class
DESCRIPTION:NAMI Family-to-Family is a free\, 8-session education program f
 or family\, friends\, loved ones\, and significant others of adults with m
 ental health conditions. NAMI Family-to-Family provides information about 
 anxiety\, depressive disorders\, schizophrenia\, bipolar disorder and othe
 r mental health conditions. Other topics covered include communication\, p
 roblem solving\, treatment\, and recovery.\n\nThe course is designed to in
 crease understanding and advocacy skills while helping participants mainta
 in their own well-being. The program is taught by trained family members w
 ho have a loved one with a mental health condition. NAMI Family-to-Family 
 is an evidence-based program (EB). For information on the research base fo
 r the program\, visit nami.org/research.\n\nNAMI NH offers the NAMI Family
 -to-Family Education Program free of charge to participants.\nMonday eveni
 ng classes begin March 26\, 2026\, from 6:00pm to 8:30pm and run for 8 wee
