NAMI Connection is a recovery support group exclusively for those who experience mental health conditions. It is led by trained facilitators who are peers in recovery. The purpose of the group is to bring peers together to learn from and support one another in their recovery journey.
NAMI Connection offers a casual and relaxed approach to sharing the challenges and successes of coping with mental illness. There is no charge to attend and all information is confidential. The group:
- Is free;
- Meets for 90 minutes;
- Follows a flexible structure;
- Does not recommend or endorse any medications or medical treatments
