Storytelling moves hearts and minds, creates change, and saves lives. We often speak about the bravery it takes to share our story. But storytelling is also an act of profound caring. It’s a baring of your soul, a willingness to be vulnerable to help others find hope and healing.
We are deeply grateful for each person who has stepped forward to openly share their experiences with mental illness and addiction on the NAMI NH This Is My Brave Stage. These individuals have chosen to transform their personal struggles into public acts of advocacy, demonstrating that recovery is possible and that openly discussing mental health is a sign of immense strength, not weakness.
A heartfelt thank you to the 2025 cast of NAMI New Hampshire’s This Is My Brave, who have reminded us that healing is possible, hope is real, and no one is alone in their struggles.
