Our grief can be the anguish experienced after a significant loss such as the death of a beloved person or animal. It can also be our experience of relationships that are lost or changed, remorse for missed opportunities, or longing for the futures we once imagined when a loved one has been diagnosed with a mental illness. Our grief can also be a deep teacher infused with love. Dan Kusch, former hospice bereavement and spiritual care counselor, will discuss the types of grief we might experience especially during the holiday season and ways to meet this time. This will be an interactive webinar. Participants will be given the opportunity to share their thoughts and concerns.
