Hailing from Pensacola, Florida, Theo is an avid musician and the beach is his favorite place. He has been successful in managing his mental health for over 13 years. It has been a long journey of ups and downs, but it seems every day life improves in one way or another. Theo treats his mental health daily by following a treatment plan and helping others facing similar problems.
We are so thankful for Theo’s willingness to share and encourage others along their journey of mental health as he volunteers as an In Our Own Voice presenter! Congratulations, Theo!
