May 2025’s Volunteer of the Month is Heather Pike!
Heather has been involved with NAMI NH for many years, advocating for an improved mental health system for all Granite Staters. She is a member of the Citizens Advisory Committee, whose purpose is to enhance the experience for the patients and families who use New Hampshire Hospital. She has participated in NAMI NH’s It’s Your Move Advocacy trainings and has used those skills to share her impactful story at the public hearing on the NH State Budget to help protect Medicaid. We are grateful for Heather’s tireless advocacy and persistence as a mental health champion!
