Heather is a tireless and passionate advocate for maternal mental health. She never misses an opportunity to share the importance of improving mental health care for new mothers. Heather shares her voice and energy in any way she can to improve outcomes for women navigating postpartum struggles, including speaking at the recent NAMI NH Annual Conference.
