Support Groups

While in-person meetings of NAMI NH support groups are currently suspended through March 31, 2020, several groups have moved to online meetings. Please contact the facilitator of your local group to learn more.

If you or someone you know is struggling emotionally, you are not alone. Help will continue to be available 24/7.  Click here to connect.

Looking for support? Come and make important connections to others who:

  • understand the challenges you face and the opportunities ahead
  • feel the same way you do
  • have had the same experiences
  • will help you learn new coping skills
  • will share their successes and strategies with you

Groups are led by a trained facilitator who is a family member, parent or consumer. If you interested in becoming a support group facilitator, please visit  Leader Trainings in the education section.
