Our March Volunteer of the Month is Heather Walker-White – Education Program Leader In-Training!
Heather has been eager to volunteer with NAMI NH for some time and was simply waiting for the right moment to begin the journey.
Last spring, she completed the NAMI Family-to-Family class with three of our amazing, passionate, and dedicated volunteers — an experience that provided exactly the inspiration she needed to get started. While patiently waiting to complete her volunteer training, Heather generously stepped in to support a recent Family-to-Family class as a Zoom producer for the virtual sessions. She received high praise from both the class leaders and participants.
We are thrilled that Heather will be taking the F2F Leader training at the end of this month and look forward to all she will bring to the program. Congratulations, Heather — and thank you for your commitment to NAMI NH!
