October 2025’s Volunteer of the Month is Mano Mitsui!
Mano is one of our newest NAMI NH volunteers who has already had a huge impact! When Mano shares the story of his mental health journey, his description of the manic phase of his bipolar disorder allows the audience to know what it feels like and looks like. He shares his deeply personal experience, which is instrumental in reducing the stigma people often face. We are grateful for Mano’s willingness to share his story to help others in the Granite State.
